These meaty paleo pork burgers are made with healthy sea greens instead of salt. The sea greens sausages are totally nitrate free. We use a mix of pork meat and fat minced several times to get a consistency that holds together when cooking without the use of binders and fillers. Sea greens add a huge range of beneficial nutrients to your meal and are ideal for those who wish to reduce their salt intake or swap their salt for a nutrient dense alternative.
Our paleo pork burgers with sea greens are Paleo Diet, Primal blueprint and GAPS diet friendly as well as ideal for those who want to lower carbs to minimise insulin response and lose weight or go grain and gluten free to avoid aggravating the gut.
We use sea greens to add nutrients to your delicious sausages as well as a gentle slightly salty flavour.
The paleo burgers are from pigs who have roamed and rooted freely throughout their lives.
