We have developed this box of non-aged grass fed beef in response to the increasing number of requests from customers that are struggling with histamine intolerance.  Our aim is to provide you with high quality and nutritious meats and to deliver it to you as soon as possible to minimise the build up of histamine.  The box will contain a variety of cuts to help us balance the carcase.  The meat is delivered fresh for you to freeze on receipt. We recommend choosing the morning delivery option at checkout.

Please leave a note in the ‘details’ box at checkout if there are any products you specifically do not like or cannot have for whatever  reason. Equally, if there’s a product you’d love us to include then we will do our best to accommodate those requests.
