This three game bird roast is a luxurious table centrepiece for any celebratory feast, dinner party or family gathering. It also makes a great alternative to Turkey for a Christmas lunch with a difference.

Please note this is a Christmas special and the sausage meat isn’t Paleo friendly – it’s flipping delicious for a treat though!
