Waterloo Cottage Farm’s nutrient dense clarified pork collagen bone broth is made with free-range collagen rich pork skin and bones. They have created a gelatine dense, clear, lightly flavoured and delicate broth that can be consumed in a multitude of ways. It can be used as a base in sauces, gravy, stir fry’s etc to improve the nutritional profile of a meal or enjoyed as a cup of soup. Simply defrost and bring to the boil first, then stir in the desired amount to you meal or condiment. Eat immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Pork bone collagen broth may aid digestion, promote gut health, improve your skin and support collagen production. Try it as a post work-out recovery drink.
Suggestions for use:
Simply heat up in a saucepan and drink as a nourishing broth on its own
Heat in a saucepan and add your own ginger, lemon, or other herbs and spice such as turmeric or cinnamon to create your own aromatic herbal broth.
For those who eat grain, you can cook rice or pasta in the broth with a little sea salt to taste to enhance the nutritional value
Add to the wok as a base for sautéing stir fried vegetables or meats.
