Description
This is a meaty beef and thyme sausages seasoned with thyme and is totally nitrate free. We use beef trim and natural skins to help maintain the flavour and traditional ‘bite’. These sausages are still hand linked in the traditional fashion. The thyme seasoning with added onion adds a delicious flavour that compliments the rich beefy taste of this meaty sausage.
Our beef and thyme sausage are delicious and perfect for ancestral health diets as well as for those who want to lower carbs to minimise insulin response and lose weight or go grain and gluten free to avoid aggravating the gut.
We don’t use nasty ‘table salt’ due to the processing and additives so instead use himalayan rock salt which has been shown to be hugely beneficial to our health. Learn more The great salt myth

About Primal Meats
We aim to offer you nutrient dense meat from Farms who rear their animals to very high standards of welfare and manage their land in harmony with nature.
Our meats are perfect for those following diets based on ancestral wisdom as they are as close as possible to meats from the wild.
The beef, lamb, mutton and hogget are 100% grass fed and carry the “Pasture for life” logo, providing reassurance of nutrient quality and traceability amongst a world of misleading “grass fed meat” products. We offer certified organic or free-range chicken and our pork is organic raised (but not certified) and free to roam. Our wild game comes from estates across Scotland, the North of England and the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.
