What you get
Our first course covers the many complex aspects of sustainability and the role livestock play in our warming climate.
The second dives deep into the conversation around the morals and ethics of eating animals. It’s an emotive topic and we don’t shy away from answering the uncomfortable questions.
The third part of the course explores in some detail what nutrients are provided by animal foods and some of the main concerns about the disease’s animal foods are being associated with.
